So I was confused on the intersex thing, and I did a little research. Turner syndrome does not refer to a male having XX chromosomes. It refers to a female being born with a single X chromosome. It does not mean a female is born with XY neither. Notice how this is only seen in FEMALE BIRTHS. A male born with XX chromosomes is known as de la Chapelle syndrome. This only happens in MALE BIRTHS. Also, as additional research, I looked up cases for XXY or XYY. To sum it up, XXY is known as Klinefelter syndrome, which refers to a MALE being born with an extra copy of the X chromosome, It's only seen in male births. XYY is Jacob's syndrome or Superman syndrome, when a MALE is born with an extra Y. They still look overall male or female despite having these. BONUS: There are syndromes where females are born with XY and males are born with XX. Females with XY is called Swyer syndrome. Despite having the XY chromosomal makeup, girls with Swyer syndrome look female and have functional female genitalia and structures including a vagina, uterus and fallopian tubes. All of these syndromes are exceedingly rare, and whoever has them still overall is one of two genders. Not both, not half and half, not quarter, not neither.

We should see the world in black and white in a court of law where laws must be correctly, accurately interpreted. Feelings don’t change laws.
